These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the communication, scheduling, and messaging services provided by Mainline Systems ("Mainline," "we," "us"). Our services

Mainline provides software-enabled services to home-service businesses, including missed-call recovery, lead response and qualification, appointment scheduling and reminders, estimate follow-up, and review requests. We provide these services; we do not perform electrical, construction, or other trade work ourselves.

Text messaging (SMS) program

Program description. Participating businesses use our platform to send service-related text messages — such as responses to a call or form you submitted, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate updates, and review requests.
Consent. You receive messages only after you initiate contact with a participating business (by calling, texting, or submitting a form). Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for help.
Frequency & rates. Message frequency varies by your request. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Mobile opt-in information is never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services or website unlawfully, to interfere with their operation, or to attempt to access, copy, reverse engineer, or resell the underlying systems.

No warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, number of leads, or jobs booked.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mainline Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
