Mainline Systems ("we," "us") provides communication and scheduling services to home-service businesses ("our clients"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information — including how text messaging (SMS) works on our platform.

Information we collect

Contact information you provide when you call, text, or submit a form to us or to one of our clients: name, phone number, email address, and service address.
Communication records: messages exchanged with our platform, call events (such as a missed call), and appointment and estimate details.

How we use information

To respond to your service inquiries and connect you with the business you contacted.
To schedule appointments, send confirmations and reminders, follow up on estimates you requested, and request feedback after completed work.
To maintain records of consent and communication history as required by law.

SMS / text-messaging terms

Opt-in. You receive text messages from us only after you initiate contact — by calling a participating business, texting us, or submitting a contact or web form requesting service. We document the time and source of every opt-in.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message and nothing further. Reply HELP for assistance or contact information.
Message frequency varies with your service request (for example: a reply to your inquiry, appointment reminders, or estimate follow-ups).
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
No third-party marketing. Mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share information

We share your information only with: (1) the business you contacted, so they can perform the work you requested; and (2) service providers strictly necessary to deliver our platform (such as telecommunications carriers and messaging providers), bound to use it only for that purpose. We do not sell personal information.

Data security & retention

Communication records are stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems and retained only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal record-keeping obligations (including consent records), after which they are deleted.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at the address below.
